Dont forget Purify which is the crappiest TP recovery skill on the entire game. Not only doesnt recover much but has 120 seconds cooldown AND the 5 Chakras prereq to use it. Even the non traited invigorate is so much better isnt even funny

Even as a Monk I forget that I have Invigorate slotted. And your right it is WAY better with much less cost. Why on earth would SE decide this is a good skill to have over a level 22 cross class skill? I would never use 5 chakra to get a measly 300 TP with almost 2 min cooldown. One press on invigorate and i'm good to go for about 6 min of raw DPS. Purify needs another Hook to make me WANT to use it at the cost of 5 chakra like something the name suggests...like an AOE heal or an AOE TP gain. I really hate saying but I don't know what they were thinking when they said monk needs help keeping Grease Lightning up, and something to do when not near a mob. Do you think we are bored?
I personally hate when i'm not near a mob because of an AOE field, and that's fine because AOE is bad and it hurts. But I don't think a WHOLE EXPANSION should revolve around monk having something to do while we wait to get back in there. If that's the case give us a mechanic like WRATH/ABANDON, and give us a skill that resets our Grease timer to 12 secs at the cost of chakra...NOW that I would use. Warrior can poop out wrath like no tomorrow just STANDING STILL and not forced to run around like a psycho spamming one button. THERE IS NO SYNERGY WITH MONK NOW. It's kind of a mess! end rant.

Furthermore when I look at NIN it totally makes sense as far as skills go for 3.0. But the one thing that kills me about mudra being > meditation. .5 sec cooldown. Yeah your ninjitsu is on a timer. But you can spam those mudras super fast, move whilst, and also you don't have a STUPID 1.5 second cooldown to use it. If they think 1.5 seconds isn't that long but a NIN next to a MNK and see the difference in speed. And don't tell me NIN is "supposed to be fast", need I remind you monk used to incorporate 100 fists in his repertor in past FF titles....instead we get... One Ilm Punch???? I would love to see the Monks out there raise there hands and say I have this on my hot bar. I shall end every post with this....
FIX MONK AND BRING IT BACK TO IT'S GLORY!!!
I like all the new skills, they are fine. What is not fine which I havent heard from anyone yet is that our dragon kick is not as needed now. Therefore killing the only UNIQUE raid utility we had. Dragoon has so much dps raid utitily along with Nin. BattleLitany, Trick, Goad, Disembowel. I feel that is the worse thing right now. Just give me a MP form of goad to toss around ever 3 mins and ill be happy.

Bro you spam those ninjutsu buttons you're gonna break the world with the rabbit it's too opFurthermore when I look at NIN it totally makes sense as far as skills go for 3.0.
