I'm not extremely happy with the new skills but I mainly dislike the change to when GL refreshes. We went from using a skill and getting 12 seconds to apply to hitting a skill and getting 10 seconds.

So formshift has been useful but it shouldn't had been needed. And it does us no good if the last successful skill hit was in raptor form cause your already in coeurl and just gonna skip past GL.

Either gl needs a duration increase or meditation and form shift need cooldown reductions.
GL to 14 seconds to regain what we loss.
Meditation to 0.5 still on gcd.
Form shift to 1.5 or 1.0 seconds (I'd like to see the ability to quickly shift past raptor form to speed up refreshing GL, situational but added optional complexity.)

I still haven't played around with tornado kick enough to judge it. I was thinking maybe a proc that allow free use without the cost of our stacks. So everytime after gl3 that we refresh gl we could have a 15% chance that tornado kick could proc
