    Oh come on, H/W has been out one week and you expect them to change the new skills already? :P it's easy to complain, but the FFXIV team does have a good track record for listening to players. Some fixes may take time, sure, but that's something we have to accept.

    I don't mind the new skills too much, I'm actually totally fine with Meditate/Forbidden Chakra (charging it up out of battle is annoying though) - and I don't think anyone can complain about Elixir Drive. Form Shift makes keeping GL a bit easier, and being able to change stance before a pull is a simple but excellent addition, so I welcome it. That aside though we're barely any different from 2.X whereas literally every other job has changed at their core in some way. Tornado Kick requires pretty immaculate timing to be of most use, Purification is VERY niche outside of extended AOE pulls or T8 or something without getting Goad / Paeon. It feels more like a 2.X balance attempt than actually expanding on what we're capable of like every other job. And because we don't have that much new at our core we're losing our luster.

    At the very least I think Purification should (have) been replaced with another damage / buff skill core to our rotation. I can live with it as it is, but I think it would have been much more interesting if we had, say, a new move to use in each form - increasing the number of decisions we could make.
