AFter registering Heavensward and playing the ps4 early access HW disappeared

Now that I log in it says that I need to install the expansion which I have been playing for almost a week now on the same system.

If you go to the mogstation and try pressing the "register code for expansion" button what you will see is that the spaces in the code are for 20 character to be input in 4 sets

However none of the 3 codes are in this format!!

I have BOUGHT the game I have PLAYED the game but now I'm completely cut off because I logged off in Ishgard. What am I supposed to do now?!

^ put them in PSN please. (player information [or whatever that menu is]>Redeem Code)

Also if you were playing early access I think that access probably expired...and you need to put in your game's promo/registration code in PSN.
