I generally went for the smaller mobs instead of the big one. Bombs need to be hit way far away from the NPCs (stand with them for explosion). Once Yshtola begins casting that giant wind spell of hers, I tucked inside that, and it killed the rest of the littles. Then focus the big one. More stuff comes after that but it's easy-peasy.

Thanks for this. My problem is Yshtola keeps dying on me...
At one stage i had the big one down and Yshtola died right before her cast was about to go off...
