    I want to add my name to this list; however, I did not order the CE but the regular Digital expansion (just the expansion). However, they proceeded to completely zap my card, pretending it had insufficient funds on it (when this is in fact bullshit - I've used this same Prepaid CC method to pay for Crysta for my sub before and have never had an issue with it until now).

    And what's even funnier? The card seems to have no indication that I even bought the XPac at all. What the fuck, did they refund me and strip me of my access privileges?

    I mean, yeah, I only have a week left, but still. I have the money on my card, you should've been able to take it SE. WTF.

    EDIT: It bears mentioning that I'm probably also fucked because I tried to update my payment info three times, and the 50 cent verification fee was stacked all three times, meaning I won't have enough money by the time this all goes through.

    Grand paranoid thought, though: what if they decide to roll back all my progress when they refund? That'd be EXTREMELY unlikely, but would be OUTRAGEOUSLY infuriating if they did that.

    Silly CE got out of customs this afternoon and won't come until Monday. So no confirmation if we can play at all in even ARR content?

    I'm mad because I HAVE my CE. It's sitting right here. But part of it turned out to be damaged when I opened it (the artbook), and I have yet to hear back from SE on whether they'll replace just the artbook or if they want me to send the entire CE back, so I'm afraid to open the game to get the code until then. I e-mailed them on the 23rd when it first arrived. No response yet.

    It's completely unfair that I'm going to end up locked out of a game that I've already paid for all because SE shipped me a damaged product and is taking their sweet time to answer my question about what I need to do about it.

    That one's probably on the company they farm out to for NA sales - PepitaStore Inc. Any inquiries I've ever sent them have either been ignored or replied simply saying "go screw yourself".

    I'm still irritated about being locked outta the game for the weekend... but I'm somewhat relieved knowing it's on the way? That being said I am now completely paranoid that it's going to be damaged by the time it gets here and they'll want me to return the entire thing. I've heard too many horror stories about bases being melted and stuff.

    Yeah, I sent an e-mail via the customer support page for the store. I'm assuming that the lengthy reply time is because they're swamped, but still, you would think they would have anticipated that.

    This happened to me when i ordered a previous CE from SE. The outside box was damaged, and so i sent in a ticket. I think it took like a week for them to actually receive the ticket, and then after that another week or so for them to contact me. Just be patient. I sent in pictures and got another box shipped to me free of charge, i
    dont know why they wouldnt do the same with your artbook. Truth is they have plenty of extras in the factory to make up for all the damaged orders and assembly line mistakes. But dont let the slow support service stop you from enjoying your CE, open that bad boy up!

    That's good to hear! So did they ask you to ship the damaged one back, or did they just send a new one? And was it something that had an access code involved like this? I basically don't want to do something that would ruin my chance at an exchange.
