    A reply from a MOD would be great.
    WTF!

    I need everyone to pressure SE to extend EA code seriously. Need to contact Yoshida, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

    If SE does not intend to meddle in their own mess that they created, might as well see with the Canadian Consumer Authorities, cause this lack of responsibilities and preparations proves they were fraudulent and not respecting their words and their part of the deal. When we bought the CE products, we engage to pay the sums for a product delivered in due time, which they clearly have not respected, customs or no, they should've taken in account this time lapse.

    What they are saying now is that they will be penalizing a portion of the people that greatly supported them (the physical CE buyer) because they couldn't keep their part of the deal, and they don't care about anything else, since they got our money. Very bad choice for their reputation when all they had to do is to extend for a week or two the EA time to allow their mess up to solve.

    This for sure warned me to think twice before buying their physical product for they can't deliver in proper time period, which they gave us options and have not respected them. Wish someone would come forth and tell us the reasons behind this lack of preparation and not thinking the process thoroughly.

    OMG! I hope so, another 3-7 business days!? Not including the weekend!? WTF! We already paid for this. They need to address this ASAP and extend this time period. We're also paying for a subscription and we can't play the game??? WTF

    I agree and here what I can see of what it would happen.

    I only have one character on the server and that character has already progressed up to level 55, so if the box is still not arrive well we all be locked out of the game. Unable to play the character at all. Even we are already paid $15 monthly on it... locked us out for 1 week or more? Seriously?

    If that the case, I'm going to report to Canadian Consumer Authorities as Ilban said. Paid services + package and locked us out for not particular reasons. = Fraud activities even I know it was not their intentions but this need to be addressed. If not and ignored us, guarantee fraud act.

    I'm in Colorado with the same problem. Whatever company they're shipping through screwed up the shipping label so bad that other than the barcode and tracking number it was unreadable resulting in a return to sender. I didn't get anywhere with tech. support either and the SE store still hasn't responded to my ticket/e-mail for support. If they can't extend access, at least e-mail us our damn registration code.

    What worries me aswell, is in what quality will the package arrive too. Not only they did not respect their portion of the deal, but for a fact Post Canada is known to be unkind with packages that takes space (taking space in warehouse, waiting for what ever reason), and with the horror stories we can scour around reddit and the forums about the quality they gotten their products, I'm starting to worry more.
