Unfortunately Qiqirn (Not Kokoroon, that's not a race), Goblin and Sylph are all buddies buddies with Gridania/Limsa at the moment (You can find Goblin and Qiqirn NPC around LL and Sylph is Ash Consortium valuable ally.
