Ping Noise

Can someone please help me there is a ping sound when you press an ability that is on cooldown or when you dont have a target. I want to know how to disable this noise. A lot of people have just said disable system sounds but I want all of the sounds still in the game just get ride of the ping and I have seen streamers who have done it they just don't remember. I have noticed now that some abilities such as sprint do not make the noise even when on cooldown but others do such as true thrust for the lancer.

New Edit: I have disabled the noise when the ability is on cooldown. But when I have no tp to cast the ability or im trying to cast at an invalid target it will still make the noise. Please help.
