sorry it just doesn't make sence. i'd sooner assume that it's some sort of crossbow attachment. But we won't really know until we get to play with it.I don't know man, http://i56.tinypic.com/2h81fs5.jpg just because it's missing 1 string wouldn't mean anything. People would complain that it would be too "complex" to play if they make a harp with all appropriate amounts of string.
I'd also like to point out that the WHM and BLM are not holding their weapons while they cast. Could that just be artistic liscence or are we going back to the good old days of not having to be engaged to cast?
The picture is a bit out of proportion and confusing but I think it was designed to be like that to confuse us![]()
You don't need to worry, in FFXI corsair = pirate.I never looked at the musketeer guild symbol. x.x I guess that means we don't get corsair...
I had this long buried movie memory of musketeers where I vaguely recall them using skinny swords like rapier and fence.
Either way, I think bard seems to be a wrong job progression for the Archer class. But if we are getting it, then there is no changing it :P
Musketeer guild in LL (pirates city).
They said they where adding the ability to cast while in passive mode so should be good![]()
you do nkow that there is a fencer class also. you can see them in action now in game, some of the ixalies are fencers.
an corsair could be a job of musketeer.
The archer's weapon is a transformer.
The harp attachment can be pulled down so it faces the archer.
Aahaha.
I hate this job system ><
I'm pretty sure I recall Matsui saying mages will be able to cast without having to be in Active Mode soon.sorry it just doesn't make sence. i'd sooner assume that it's some sort of crossbow attachment. But we won't really know until we get to play with it.
