I see your point that they could be better, but where we are in the game right now, during a raid everyone equips raise and cure. (because it can be extremely useful) When using jobs, we assume you wont be able to.

I think this has more to do with a either a lack of trust, or weaknesses of con at handling healing role alone, which will be less likely when whm is around.

It's lack of trust not a lot of Conj can really heal good due to the range and them not doing how to do there job and running out of MP in a very short time. and also weaknesses of of the class itself.
