Me personally? I will prefer to be a LNC when in a small group (2-3) that way I can still help with the extra support that might be needed say if we don't have it due to the small size. But when I enter a dungeon or a full party I will probably switch to DRG just because the other areas that my LNC would be able to cover wouldn't be needed because we would probably have a healer and a supporter. That is how the systems will COMPLEMENT each other, not fight each other.

It's not a doomsday device, it's just a huge mistake which compromises a lot of potential the game might otherwise have. It's fanservice gone haywire.

Whatever. We both know you're just going to play DRG the whole time and lancer will just be a pointless vehicle on the way to obtaining DRG. And then when more jobs become available, LNC will be even more pointless.

While you're waiting for SE to implement more jobs , you will have only a single role at your disposal.

It seems like the weapon that drew the most attention was the bow... I can tell you that it is in fact a bow that transforms.

Wasn't trying to argue, just pointing out that he could have been eluding to a separation which would support your theory. There isn't much point in the bow folding if the harp, as seen in the picture, is already in a playable state.

Folding is a form of transformation. Look at the bow, its pretty obvious that the black piece connecting the upper harp piece to the lower bow is a hinge that swings back.

I'm curious about the bowstring. Does it integrate as harp strings or will it hang loose and be a Lalafell tripping hazard :P
