Heavenward eu verision on Na servers

I have a member in my linkshell that is struggling with an issue regarding his upgrade to Heavensward. He used to live in the states and still plays on a na server using a euro copy of the game. When he upgraded it went to an account that he does not use automatically. He is on a ps3, and I was wondering if there is a way he can get it switched to the other account.

anyone? has anyone else had this issue my friend is reluctant to contact customer service because he doesn't want to have even more issues

I'm not sure if it helps but I live in the UK (EU, obviously) but have always played on a NA Server (Leviathan) using EU software. There shouldn't be a problem with that. If Heavensward has gone onto his NA original account but is an EU version of the game then the only solution would be to get SE to transfer it over.

Unless I've misunderstood, he needs to fill in this form:

It's for moving a service that was incorrectly registered to the wrong service account, although it does say it will take up to two weeks for them to fix it. Hope that's some help!
