Cactaur Raid Group forming WED/SUN nights

I know Lyni declined earlier but you may be able to help restore our interest.

First things first, it might be possible that I am switching back to SCH. AST is fun and all but I don't feel the buffs are currently worth the loss in potency.

With that in mind, my biggest concern with this group is the swapping of roles. I've seen it happen before where someone swaps roles to accommodate another player and subsequently loses interest in the game because they aren't playing the role they enjoy. I'm fine with subbing as a WAR for one night if our current WAR is unable to make it that night, for instance, but I would be unable to permanently switch to WAR.

If you can confirm that this won't be an issue and that we can join as a SCH and SMN, then we will reconsider joining. I thank you for your input and hope you are enjoying your experience in Heavensward so far.

I think I should begin by saying I would like to keep everyone in their desired roles (a healer/caster DPS/tank for example). The only change might be switching 'jobs' to fill said role.

For example, our current committed healer would like to play AST but is gearing up and leveling her WHM as well. If you came as SCH then we wouldn't have a wrinkle but if you did in fact want to switch to play AST for starters or at some point I would want you to be open to working it out with the other healer. That's really the only 'swapping' I was referring to: working things out so we don't have the same classes stacked (two of the same healer in this instance). For the purposes of limit breaks and raid utility I would like our jobs to be as diverse as possible. In this situation it seems like no one would have to compromise very much but I wouldn't want to harbor an attitude where players are not willing to adjust a little left or a little right for the benefit of the entire group.

So the short answer is - no, it won't be an issue if you wanted to come SCH, SMN - I won't be a huge stickler for you leaning to the classes you want to play! If we have two of the same healer and four BRDs, I'd be OK with that ~~~~so long as it doesn't hinder our experience or progress~~~~
