Now my solution, I like all of ur ideas btw.

1) chakra does not give any buffs what's so ever except for the use of WS forbforbidden chakra. Give chakra a buff similar to wrath except 1 stack = 1% dmg increase. So 5 stack will be nice. And make it a separate cool down and not with WS cool down for fck sakes.

2) fix if no changes to meditation gives FC a 40/50% of not eating chakra stacks

3) gain chakra stack when GL is refresh, if devs r worried about spamming Fc then increase it cool down

4) able to gain chakra similar to how wrath is obtained.
