Monk Chakra

I think its becoming apparent that people are finding the chakra system to be annoying and very lack luster, In my experience of it its not very useful even in down time of combat. Yes it can be used but being as maintaining Greased Lightning is priority, Form Shift is used before Meditation during down time, not allowing for time to build stacks effectively in short instances of down time.

I've been mulling this over trying to think of reasonable ways to fix this and came to a conclusion that id like to be considered (i would like opinions on them too!)
