Bought Heavensward Collectors addition but got no items.

I bought the collectors addition to the Heavensward but got none of the items it said I was going to get for it. I don't know if it was a error or something but I would like to get them at some point. I bought it through steam and I do have the code for it if you need it. Thanks.

I had same issues at the start of early access among other issues and I listened to someone here who said delete and redownload and the game from the PSN store again only 1 small problem after deleting the game I kept getting an error message trying to redownload and for the last 4 days its not even listed to buy anymore.Welcome to to SE and Sony's little league operations!

Go to https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...vc/mogstation/ and after logging in click "My Account" in the top left. Then just click the big pink/red button for "register expansion code" (or something like that) and put in the code for the main game itself (different to the Early Access code).

Your items will be delivered the next time you login OR if already logged in you can just press the "Request Delivery" option in the top right while checking your mail.

Thank you. At this point I am not able to go see if I got the items yet or not since my computer has just started to overheat every time I even try to open FF14, but I put in the code and I am hoping to see the items when I am able to next get on.

Just to be sure, make sure your in game inbox isn't full. Try cleaning out a few older messages and then do a quick log in/log out. (if you can. Sounds like you're having other much more serious troubles with the overheating)
