More like consoles holding game back.

Even with DX11 the game still looks like a console port to PC to me. Graphically certain parts it looks something towards Tome Raider rather than the more gorgeous Witcher 3.

But again IDK. Might have been multi cross platform too. I've played the FF15 demo and I feel that the graphics were better than Heavensward.
