I have no opinion except where healers are involved. I strongly feel that having at least 1 AST will be vital due to the buffs.

AST has a slightly lower heal potency compared to WHM and SCH, but they make up for it with their support/buff utility. Whether the 2nd healer is WHM or SCH will depend on what a particular group prefers for the AST's Sects. If they want Diurnal Sect, the 2nd healer should be a SCH. If they want Nocturnal Sect, the 2nd healer should be a WHM. I say that since they compliment each other. Or you may not care what the second healer is and prefer a specific AST Sect regardless. I'm not saying this because I am biased since I'm a level 56 AST, but as someone familiar with all 3 healing jobs.
