The amount of active skills to put on hotbar feels pretty average (or less) to me.
A few quality of life macros helps a long way to cut down on the buttons xd
Goat/Invigorate in one button.
Sneak/Trick attack with Death Blossom AOE (since sneak/trick is disabled unless in hidden status).
Stuff like that.

Why in the world would you put Goad and Invigorate on a macro together? They do two completely different things, and it would eliminate your ability to use them appropriately. The amount of active skills to put on hotbar feels pretty average (or less) to me.

I was going to ask how Summoner was difficult(My summ is only 50) But I could see how Managing Aetherflow + Some new stack could be difficult. But it sounds Like you just Open With Tri-Disaster wait till Dreadworm Trance is up Pop all your buffs. Burst like a Mofo and extend the duration of your dots with Garuda-Egi. Finish with enkindle and Deathflare and Fester for a good amount of burst.
Edit : And when that rotation isn't up go back to refreshing dots and spamming Ruin II.
Do I have the gist of it?

Anyway, all of the elitism is unwarranted. It isn't as if everyone here is PVPing to compete for openworld Raid bosses or anything like that. Heck, most of us don't even pvp.

I save Tri-Disaster for when I burn through all the stacks of aether.I was going to ask how Summoner was difficult(My summ is only 50) But I could see how Managing Aetherflow + Some new stack could be difficult. So it goes normal DoT casting, Fester, etc...once stacks burned, Aetherflow > RS > DT > Tri > Fester > Contagion > etc.
Currently 59 and I have 58 gear. My DoTs tick for about 680-790 each time with that. If I threw in an Int pot and got a Balance...UGGGGNNHHH

Summoner is one of the easiest... Throw up your dots, use pet abilities, nuke(with aether abilities as well), monitor dots on targets and pet buffs, repeat. In fact, most fights are too quick to even get up a lot of dots in a group scenario so a lot of shit I feel somewhat useless in. Only time I feel like we can shine is when we fight a boss and there's movement. Our dots get their full durations on bosses and the moving mechanics allows us to do dmg while moving so it can be nice but, with the pets doing less damage then our dots, It feels weak as hell. When the hell are we going to see a game where a dev team makes the PETS Stronger then the player himself how EQ did it. That was incredible.
These piss poor iterations of so called "pet" classes are just sad. Make the pets STRONG as hell, like the backbone of your damage for the class instead of the player doing most of the damage with the pet just being a meaningless dot.
EQ - Pets incredibly strong in all 4 forms, player damage mediocre, player supplement's pets to be even better with summoning of items to increase pets potency, pet buffs, berserk buffs, more abilities to effect the pet - How it SHOULD be.
Every game since then - Pet is weak as shit, player does more damage. NOT how a pet class should be.

Breakin' my barrs hans, breakin' my barrs

Because they're both TP skills and activate specifically?
If you need TP, press it and you get 400TP from Invigorate. Goad won't activate because you need to have another party member targeted.
If a party member needs TP, targeting them and using the macro will activate Goad (first in priority on macro) - just don't double press it.
Usually if party is AOE-spamming, you end up pressing both after anyways so it's a nice way to save crossbar space.
(KB users may prefer otherwise? I'm PS4)

Too much of a liability in my opinion. I mean most players are fairly spammy with their buttons in the first place, but you also have the fact that latency does some weird things to button presses and ability activation in this game. I wouldn't pair anything with Invigorate to reduce chances of accidental usage since it's such an important ability. However, if that works for you then carry on.

I have been playing games like Neverwinter, Secret World, ESO and GW2 for the last few years, so I am not used to a lot of buttons if you are familiar with those games. What would be a good class/job for me. I do tend to play melee classes though there are exceptions like Secret World and I love my Warlock in Neverwinter.
