Kurogaea... you can already play as a teenager looking character in this game (if the race can be short, or have a young face). When I say playable children, I mean characters who are quite clearly between the ages of 5-12 (such as the Miqo'te girl that this entire thread was created for).

I doubt it, it seems like they've just bumped up some games that would have normally fit into the MA15 rating before R18 was introduced. Even then they don't trust their consumers enough to allow for games like Hotline Miami 2 to be available, R18 or not.

I think it would have been banned outright just because of certain parts in the game... particularly during the winter season of the game. Those death scenes were... I was not prepared for them at all (plus the implied... urgh, that guy was just creepy and horrible and gurgh).

My character can't look any younger than 19 at best (why that number idk). Well yeah I suppose being the age of 5-12 would be ridicoulous, but heres a question, how old is that miqote "child" exactly? I've seen older looking characters in games and they happen to be the age of 14 and 16. Even in some SE games like Nier Gestalt/Replicant where depending on the versions, your character's relative, Yonah (Nier Gestalt has you as the father of Yonah and in Nier Replicant your her brother), at the end of the game in the Replicant version she's 12 and in the Gestalt version she's 15, but both look quite older than that, could've been the dress maybe or a case of "Lightning jaw" or something, I dunno. not a spoiler:
