Gear for lvl 60 gatherers

I wanted to know what you all are wearing with your lvl 60 gatherers. I'm trying to get the scrip set, but I'd like to know where I can find a good main hand without crafting. According to this site: http://www.garlandtools.org/db/#item/11914

there's for example a fishing rod called: Birch Fishing Rod, and it's supposed to be sold by a vendor but does anyone know where? Thanks in advance.

The final zone in the expansion has a vendor that sells the NQ version.

You'll need a crafter, either yourself or to pay someone else, if you want the HQ version.

are there any vendors that sell some basic lvl 60 fieldcraft gear? i found the one who sells the tools but none who sells anything above lvl 55 or do we have to rely on crafters and scrips for even basic lvl 60 set? (left side)

I assume there are no vendors, so you're left with either crafting or using scrips. What about accessories, are they only craftable?

As far as I am concerned, I would be rather curious to know the maximum melds of the current "best" craftable gear. That is, all the gatherer Serpentskin gear, Chimerical Felt Trousers and Dragonskin accessories. I'm no crafter, so I can't really check that out by myself.
