Downy Dunstan Stuck

Found Downy Dunstan stuck September 20th while going to hunt the Bliaud. Me and my party members were able to target and attack him but he wouldn't attack us back or die. Still stuck at September 21st, same place, tho now he only has like 1HP left yet he still won't die or move. Tried logging out and on to see if the problem was us, but nope.

The coordinates are (48, 31), near the Ixali Camp in Coerthas.
