    Stuck on Forming Party, Anyone Else Facing the Same Thing?

    My duty status has been on forming a party (players ready) for the past 50 mins.. Never happened before. If anyone has any suggestions how to level on 55 without doing FATES since they're empty, would be great if you help. I have done all side quests, just got about 20% left..

    yes, I got several reports and it happened to me as well, instance servers are done for.
