Change the Scholar skill Dissipation

So I've notived a decent amount of people saying how the new Scholar lv60 skill, Dissipation, isn't all that great, that it's very niche, and not being able to resummon the fairy, or the buff not affecting half of our skill set is just dumb. Now while there are many good ideas of how to change the skill to make it better and less niche, I came up with this idea.

Why not make the skill the Scholar equivalent of Enkindle. With enkindle's new cooldown time they match up perfectly. All SE would have to do is add 2 new pets skills; which we should of gotten already.

While both skills would heal for maybe 600 potency, maybe Eos would have a Shield buff and Selene and attack buff; damage output over skill/spell speed. And maybe the moves could be called Luminous Aura (Eos) and Devine Aura (Selene), just something to think about. What does everyone else think. Scholars in this game are summoners with healer pets, lets make them have similar abilities, but with healing instead of attack.
