    It can be annoying if you are one of those people who absolutely MUST clear every flag on the map or be aggravated by that flag sitting there on your screen and it needs to go away now and then more keep popping up...

    but otherwise it is a source of exp that is always there and takes minimal development time.

    Of course I'm going to clear them, not for having their flags showing on my map but for gaining exp (common sense) -_-
