lmao crazy video. But yeah. Sadly I would enjoy playing with a pet.
No...
I don't want summoning as hit & go
SE has developed summoning to the real time fighting since FFX and it's a big success
why we need to go backward?
I like the video, but I prefer a pet class~ ^^
You guys did see that this is compatible with pet summons, right?
Oh, I think it is~ But in the OP's video there was clearly shown another way .
Actually, I'd dislike the thought of just buffing everyone (before the final showdown). But that's just me.
SMN should be a bit more action oriented for me. ^^
Okaaay..
First of all, wow.
Second, that would be a very, very inventive way of handling summons and I would be very glad to see something akin to it in game. Not that there aren't better options, I suspect, but still it's fairly unique and nifty and does work rather well if you ask me.
Have a like.

Lol Neat video..
I love the concept of Summoning causing auto buffs.
The Instanced thing is probably not possible because it would crash the server if everyone summoned simultaneously.
I like the idea of pet classes, but I would prefer they were less MP intensive than in FFXI. I like it when a Pet class is dependent on its pets and have to learn how each one individually fights. In XI they were so MP intensive that a summoner rarely had a pet out, they simply summoned, used a skill, and dismissed. In FFXIV let try to get a summoner who actually commands there summons in battle.
Most importantly, Let's make Summoners a Full Fledged Class, NOT a back up healer.
Love this idea.
....... And death to all pet classes! They shouldnt exist in MMOs, and I hope they neve do in FFXIV. This type of summoning class I can deal with, but lets not ruin the game with some god forsaken pet classes.
