Steps:
Decided i wanted to see what trait replaced the Protect trait, saw a medica trait seeing it had a 20% proc chance.

casted medica (one) multiple times outside of a party for 2 minutes straight without
any procs.

even with a 20% chance, the chances of not 1 proc after casting 30+ is very unusual.
