Hildebrand I don't think got an additional episode in the expansion from what I have seen so far and I think more episodes will be coming out in future patches like did in past. I can understand why even if I would liked to have had an episode included in the expansion itself because if put everything in the expansion then that leaves them with very little else they can add shortly after but I do not think will have to wait long for another episode. I expect within next couple content updates will have a new episode. They did expand the post moogle quest line in the expansion though.

Hildibrand was added in 2.1 of ARR, So I imagine if they add him in heavensward it would be a 3.1 Thing.
