Commercial Survival Manual Duration Changed after recent hotfix

The item 'Commercial Survival Manual' only gives 20 minutes now for a duration... before the recent hotfix, it gave 3 hours (180 minutes), like every other manual that can be purchased from Grand Company Seal vendors.

I would like one of these refunded to me, as it is impossible to use this book in 20 minutes.

I don't understand. I got mine within the first few hours of Early Access and they were only worth 20 minutes back then.

GC scrolls still are and have been 3 hours.

I got the Commercial Survival Manual within 24 hours of release and they were 20 minutes. They burn bright, but for a short time.

Worth noting, I used perception food and was max-gear at the end of 2.5x. HQ fish give a 300% bonus, so if you're reeling in HQ fish you will get exp much faster. It may be difficult to get enough exp within the 20 minutes without a decent HQ rate.

- If you're near L50, fish vigorously and you can use them completely within 16 minutes
- If you want some breathing room (strongly recommended), wait until higher level when you gain more exp per fish, but have higher level caps, so the full bonus is easier to achieve within the 20 minutes
- Maybe just wait until they change it, because it is quite difficult when they're provided to you to fully utilize

Also funny they give "synthesis" bonus.
