Pre-Order and Digital CE question

So I pre-ordered HV CE edition from the Square Enix site and everything seemed to go well, got my pre-order code and it entered fine. But SE has STILL not actually charged my creditcard for the digital CE edition yet and has not sent the codes. I went into my account on the store and it says they are still pending on the charges. I spoke to customer service via email and they said charging my account "shortly".

So my question. If I cancel my order from SE and just purchase it from amazon where I will get my codes instantly, will I lose out on my preorder items? Or because I already entered a code Im good? I havent got my preorder items yet either....honestly SE system is one of the worst i've seen making you go to multiple websites to do a simple process. Anyhow, hope that was clear enough of a question. I just want to ensure I don't lose access while I wait on SE.

I don't think they can revoke your preorder bonus if you've already redeemed the code. Before cancelling I'd recommend double checking the billing information just to make sure there isn't a missing number or something that would prevent the transaction from completing.

^ Blizzard does it, so im pretty sure knowing how petty square enix american customer service can be they will remove it or even worse ban him.
Id recommend calling them or speaking through their chat support first. Sometimes they can be useful.
