Bahamut does more damage when you are higher level?

(Only bad thing is the synced test messed things up since after that we could not unsync again. Seems like a bug with using undersized party with a full sized party.)

You can't have a full sized party be a undersized party. You need at least one person less. Hence the word, undersized.
