    Yeah, I looked at the Canada Post site for clarification, but there's no update since the 21st "Item has arrived in Canada and was sent for further processing." I'm not very confident it'll arrive by the weekend because I live in the Maritimes, and it has to get to another Hub, then get shipped to my city, then go out for delivery.. I'm looking at next monday at the absolute earliest.. =\

    Same boat as me, sadly, though mine arrived in Canada on the 23rd according to the Canada Post tracking info. I'm not confident about having this before Monday at this point.

    Talked with tech support, to make matters better if you've been enjoying early access chances are you won't be able to log in/access the game after the early access period ends if the full registration code is not entered before the EA period ends.

    It makes sense that this is the case, but that sucks royally. I really hope that something can be done to help us out.

    On the off chance no one else has done it, I opened a ticket with the SE store, but I have a sinking suspicion that I won't hear back from them in a timely fashion, if at all.

    Well after waiting in queue for a live agent chat on SE's website for 5 hours I got cut off and told to 'try again', and my phone support attempt didn't go much better.. Square Enix has to be the WORST company for customer service. If you have a problem with Warcraft you can generally get a hold of someone who actually helps within an hour or so..

    Same for me, I live in Montreal, it made it to the airport and was sent back, lol? I hope they just extend my EA a little to compensate.

    Called Canada Post today. Mine hasn't even cleared customs yet (http://i.imgur.com/0qbMgqv.jpg), which means it won't be here tomorrow. Possibly Monday(?), and that's assuming it doesn't get sent back to Florida. The failed delivery of CE items on time is affecting a lot of people it seems. I think we need to raise the awareness on this issue to attract community rep attention.

    The simplest solution would be to extend the registration deadline another week or so. It is completely unacceptable if Canadian physical CE buyers get screwed on playtime after paying in excess of $200 when the much cheaper digital alternative doesn't have the same problem. Either that, or give me a digital reg key to cover the gap.

    I'd settle for a week extension on 'early access' or something for Canadian consumers? or something like that.. it's pretty lame eh? I couldnt' get a hold of anyone, but I'm just going to bed I'm in the same situation as everyone else's.. And I live in a pretty rural town so mine's probably going to be even longer getting here @_@

    I am both relieved and infuriated to see that I'm not the only one having this issue. I've been following my tracking information and mine also said it cleared customs and was put through a sorting facility in Montreal (where I live). As of yesterday evening, it updated saying that it was just departing from Miami... which makes little sense. My friend says that he thinks all that stuff prior to the most recent post was just preshipment info; in other words, the physical CE never actually was at those places at any point, just that they were confirmed to be there to expedite the process when it officially IS sent out... which makes absolutely no fucking sense considering this process started ten days ago. The thing literally says 2 to 5 business days for the shipping I paid for. It's absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable and such a huge slap in the face to us as consumers. It's unfair that we're going to be screwed outta game time which we've already paid for in the form of a subscription when everyone else who didn't hand out the extra cash and got the digital copy gets to play. It's insane that we spent more money and aren't getting the product.

    Unfortunately I work super early Monday to Friday and I just don't have the time to wait on the phone with them. I spent an hour in queue with them and no one ever answered and I got more and more uninterested in even talking to a representative, especially knowing that Squenix customer service is notoriously useless and I didn't want to have wasted God knows how long waiting to speak to someone only to receive no help. USPS was also no help since they basically just said that it's Squenix's job to contact them since they're the sender, and Canada Post is equally as useless in my experience so I'm not even going to bother.

    It's frustrating but I'm feeling rather defeated and am starting to accept an "it'll come when it comes" state of mind, even though I shouldn't.

    While I'm not quite as frustrated, I have to agree: It's BS that we paid a great deal more than other folks and won't get to play. I really hope SquareEnix will do something to make this right, as otherwise it sends a pretty terrible message about what happens when you buy a Physical CE from them.
