Main Quest Crucial Item Missing - Escape from Castrum Centri

Hello everyone,

First I’m sorry if I am posting in the wrong place - maybe this should be in the in-game bug forum.

I am trying to complete lvl 46 main story quest ‘Escape from Castrum Centri’ when I noticed I was missing the “Impreial Pot Helm” needed to complete the quest. The pot helm as well as impreial robe are recieved on the level 45 quest 'Dressed for Conquest’.

I received the robe, however I do not have the pot helm. I checked my helmet inventory and it was completeley full - possibly a reason I didn’t receive it, I’m not sure.

The thing is that I have checked online and found that you can go talk to Glaumunt in Revenant’s Toll to receive it again. However he won’t give it to me!!!!!

I don’t know what to do. I definitley did not sell or discard the item, I believe I just never received it. Currently I am unable to progress the main story ;(

If there is anyway to help me I would be most grateful. My server is Adamantoise, my character name is Airyk.

Free up your helm armory to inventory, and redo the quest?
