New ranged LBs

I just don't see a middle damage straight line missable LB getting any real use in full parties unless the potency was the same as the Melee ones.

I'm not sure what would qualify a miss on a bard LB, I've used rank 2 on the final boss of Neverreap and after the animation, he was pretty much behind me, no where near where the animation says the shot went. Still hit though. Unless you mean miss as in it misses adds that do run out of the animation? But it appears that as long as you have your target targeted when you cast, it will hit... the target at least. Untargeted adds, maybe not?
