    This is for Mac Version of FFXIV
    edited: Try out to login on Windows and the problem still happen so it's both Windows and Mac
    Mini map and quest tracker:
    1. accept quest
    2. Mini map doesn't show the target of quest
    3. open journal
    4. Open Map for quest
    5. It says "Unable to open map at this time"

    3. select any of the option
    4. Does not allow to type on title or description

    If you mean the quests the magic brooms give you, they deliberately have no map marker so that you are forced to find the destination yourself based on hints given.
