Things to be concerned:
- We don't care where you came from as long as you speak english
- For DPS we might need to test on dummy.
- Preferably have done some raiding in 2.0 contents (clearing turns pre-Echo is a plus).
- Don't offend other static members and please do accept feedback from others.
- Be punctual for the raid (or inform us beforehand if you can't make it).
