    Didn't recieve my items

    Did anyone else not get there collectors edition and pre-order items? I'm wondering if I'm the only person as everyone else that I have asked has had no problems in getting there items.

    I ordered my game through the PSN store so I didn't have to enter anything into the mogstation, and the mogstation says my game is updated to Heavensward and everything. So it's kind of weird.

    And I did submit a ticket already. I'm just curious if I'm the only one having issues.

    Are you sure you bought CE and not normal? How much did you pay for it?

    I paid like, 59.99. Also, the mogstation has my down for the CE. So I know that isn't the issue.

    Is your Moogle delivery perhaps full of campaign item letters? It can only hold 20 (even archived).
    "*If you have reached the maximum number of campaign item letters (20), you will need to delete previously stored/read campaign item letters to clear space so that the new letter can be delivered."

    Solution that worked for me:

    Registering the early access code does not register the Heavensward licence even if you have access to it.

    To fix:
    1. Open your invoice email
    2. Follow the link "Click Here to get access to your products"
    3. Write down your licence code of the collector edition. (NOT the early acces code)
    4. Log onto the mog station
    5. Under "Your account", there should be a big red "Register new licence something...". Its big and red. Do not go to "Enter Item code" section!
    6. Click that button and enter your licence code.

    To be succesful, back at the "Your account" page you need to have a yellow circle in the the row Heavesward and column Collector's edition.
    After that you can to see you mog mail and click the "Reward delivery request" button at the top right of the mailbox window.

    What about PS4 version? My code was not accepted by the PSN and now it says it has been used / invalid. Still no items

    I preorder the expac. Got my early access entered and this morning I got my email with the collector's edition code. The code doesn't work lol. Just says code is invalid everytime I try to enter it. Good times. Waiting for live support, but says im in queue 2+ hours lol.

    Not a lot of info to go off of here, but are you entering it in capital letters on Mog Station?

    Also on the PS4 side of things, it will simply tell you "Thank you for using PSN." once redeemed. You can confirm your entitlement via:
    PlayStation®4
    Visit the “Settings” menu of the PS4, then select “PlayStation™Network/Account Management,” then “Account Information.” Scroll down and select “Services List,” and find “FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.” Selecting it will show Heavensward entitlements (such as "CE Playing Entitlement.") and the next time you launch XIV you will tie that to your service account.

    For all those asking whether we put in a code or not, the PSN digital version does not require codes. And like the OP, I have the digital version. The mogstation also shows the CE edition of Heavensward as registered.

    No, this is not the issue. I got the preorder items, but the CE items have not even been delivered.

    I am embarrassed to admit it, but that was the exact issue I was having. I dunno why I didn't think to check my mogmail to see if it was full. I deleted some of the letters, and sent out a thing to get all my stuff immediately and everything was there, no problem.
