Didn't recieve my items

Did anyone else not get there collectors edition and pre-order items? I'm wondering if I'm the only person as everyone else that I have asked has had no problems in getting there items.

I ordered my game through the PSN store so I didn't have to enter anything into the mogstation, and the mogstation says my game is updated to Heavensward and everything. So it's kind of weird.

And I did submit a ticket already. I'm just curious if I'm the only one having issues.

Are you sure you bought CE and not normal? How much did you pay for it?

I paid like, 59.99. Also, the mogstation has my down for the CE. So I know that isn't the issue.

Is your Moogle delivery perhaps full of campaign item letters? It can only hold 20 (even archived).
"*If you have reached the maximum number of campaign item letters (20), you will need to delete previously stored/read campaign item letters to clear space so that the new letter can be delivered."

I'm waiting on my CE items to arrive. I got my preorder items from my mac client, but I just registered the final code for my Windows CE a little over an hour ago.

Solution that worked for me:

Registering the early access code does not register the Heavensward licence even if you have access to it.

To fix:

1. Open your invoice email
2. Follow the link "Click Here to get access to your products"
3. Write down your licence code of the collector edition. (NOT the early acces code)
4. Log onto the mog station
5. Under "Your account", there should be a big red "Register new licence something...". Its big and red. Do not go to "Enter Item code" section!
6. Click that button and enter your licence code.

To be succesful, back at the "Your account" page you need to have a yellow circle in the the row Heavesward and column Collector's edition.
After that you can to see you mog mail and click the "Reward delivery request" button at the top right of the mailbox window.

I'm in the same boat I got my pre order items but not my CE items, I too ordered the digital CE edition off SE's site. Tried deleting my old mail then relogging, but nothing.

The preorder stuff should be in your moogle mail if you don't have more than the 20 limit of mail from FFXIV as Matt stated above.

The CE items come after you register your CE in the Mog Station (a separate code and process). If you're like me and have a physical copy, you'll be able to register it once you receive the package and get the key from the disc. If you ordered a digital CE, you should get the code either by visiting your order page (if you ordered from SE store) or you can check your email, I understand they sent those out for digital copies.

Did you guys put the actual Heavensward product code into the mog station? It's NOT the early access code.

There is a little button in the top right corner of the mail window that says something like "receive special items." I had to press this after I cleared some messages and then I got my griffin and other CE items
