Change class for Heavensward?

Switched to DRK main as I was bored of PLD. I'll be trying the PLD again as it is a cool looking/stereotypical knight type character, but DRK animations are awesome.

With armory bonus should only take you a couple days to hit 50. Upon hitting 50 you can go to the market area in Ishgard and buy, from vendors, ilevel 115 gear for every slot. Which isn't quite i120, but well enough to advance and do dungeons. Should get past i120 pretty quickly at that point.

So catch up is just. . . 20 levels at +100% exp.

So not really worth consideration, in my opinion. Do what you want, see which you like better. Warrior has gotten some great buffs from what I understand (haven't leveled my own yet, doing monk first, and tomorrow is my first day off to spend alone with HW--but the internet seems to think they're, if anything, TOO good now).

I leveled my DRK yesterday evening and already managed to get from 30-35, so it really is quick. And not even as boring as I thought it would be, because you can experience the job in dungeons and stuff. I really like the feel and the look of the DRK. The moves are way more aesthetic than the WAR, who always was quite "hack & slay"

So, thanks for the input everyone. Seems like it's worth spending the little amount of time to be able to do Heavensward with the class that fits me better.
