Friend can't create character on Cerberus..

Not sure where to post this but here seems ok, Cerberus is supposed to be available for another hour or so but since around an hour ago he's not been able to create a character on Cerberus even though the character restrictions list lists it as open..

can anyone shed any light on the situation?

It's one of the most populated servers, It's probably better to try making a character between 1-8am when the server quiets down, if that doesn't work make a character on another server and transfer.

Keep trying, is all I can suggest. Worst scenario is that your friend will have to wait to less-populated hours. If it isn't working now because everyone is bumming off work (wish I was), then 10pm onwards is definitely a good time to make a character. Just remember that the servers are probably being bombarded with the same requests, now that early access is over and the bundle is available.
