I am not 100% sure what you talking about? you mean ephemerial fishing? if so i yet to get anything confirmed if there is any or where or times

Tiny Axolotl is found in Azys Lla at The Pappus Tree (6,33) from 9pm-12am ET. It requires 320 collectability to turn in for red scrips.

You can also straight catch it with Brute Leech bait (you can buy 50 of these for 60 blue scrips in Idyllshire) reliably, so I always come here in the time window and stockpile them for when the turn in list refreshes.

Edit for clarity: I'm sitting at about a 70% catch rate off casts with brute leeches. It's off small tugs, so precision hookset. There are two types of small tugs one nets axolotl, the other aether eye (you'll be able to tell the difference after doing it enough). Aether eyes can be mooched but almost never yield axolotls, it's about a 90% chance to mooch a crystal fin, so I wouldn't bother wasting the time during the window mooching hq aether eyes, just move on to the next cast.
