    Unable to register Heavensward accounts on Mogstation

    I pre-ordered both PC and PS4 physical copies (CE version of PS4) and have been able to play through early access with no problem. I received my physical copy of the PC version a few days ago and tried entering the 2 codes provided into Mogstation but I get the error "code is invalid".

    I'm still able to play fine today and I received my pre-order bonus items as well, however, when I check on my Mogstation account it doesn't show me as having any registered copies of Heavensward; only A Realm Reborn.

    Am I doing something wrong? Shouldn't this be showing as registered at this point?

    Were you trying to enter it under the (Enter Item Code), If so that's the wrong place. The button for that shows up as a reds bar over the other buttons.

    I first tried entering it after clicking on the red button that says "Enter the registration code for the expansion" but when that failed, I tried the item area. Neither code was accepted in either section.

    I discovered my error. Turns out the code is caps sensitive. Most recent SE codes haven't been as I recall. Oh well. Thanks for the help.

    I have a problem similar to this. I have the Early Access no problem, and I have received the pre order items as well. However I haven't received my griffin mount. When I was trying figure out how to get it as a few others in my FC have been able to get it, I found I didn't have the option of registering HW on the mogstation. I haven't actually received the physical CE edition I pre-ordered and I know for a fact that's its been shipped as I received the email from SE. I am getting a little bit annoyed and a bit concerned as I have to register it in four days otherwise the EA ends and I am stuck.

    alright... Im on steam i have ARR and HW on Steam. i was unable to do early access... cause my codes said invalid... ive still been unable to play HW at ALL! ive done everything possible.. even with caps sensitive unless im dojng that wrong... SE isnt helping... i need help
