    Upgrade to Collector's Edition

    I'm trying to upgrade my Heavensward online through the Mog Station. When I click the "Use Digital Upgrade Service", it tells me that "No digital service upgrades are available for this account" but I did not purchase the collectors edition. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I'm thinking you can't upgrade the new Expansion yet.Might be few weeks or longer till you can upgrade.It's still new so most likely they haven't added it to mogstation yet

    Have you actually entered your Heavensward code yet? (not just early access, but the actual game code) And does your service account actually show as having Heavensward? (Early Access code won't do that, needs main game code to be entered for that to work).
