    Late Night "Rubber banding"

    Hello

    I'm currently experiences pretty high "rubber" banding" going on as I play later into the night. This has happened well before the expansion came out as well. But its gone from being a minor visual nuisance to becoming unplayable with trying to heal dungeons. As people and NPC's are no longer just stutter stepping on my screen, but are now full on warping around. When I play during the morning or afternoon I have zero issues. It only happens during peak play time after around 9-10pm EST.

    I'm unsure what exactly I need to ping to post a report and check to see where my packet loss is happening to the server. I do know I'm not having any packet loss to my ISP, or to other games I've been playing (world of warships, guild wars 2, SWTOR) or any issues with streaming.

    Thank you for any help regarding this so I can get a report posted up.
