Most, if not all of these have been addressed. I don't have time to look them all up for you.
The long and short of it is, they are going to work on them, but not until after 1.20.

That's the point. Most of these issues have been answered by: "We can't do it because of server issues".
That's why we'd like to have an update precisely on the servers fixes, since so many issues are linked to them.
How do you know ?
This is literally the only community in an MMO I've seen that wants updates on behind the scene stuff. They already stated they're working on it.
None of you will be happy with a response like: "We're still working on it" or "It's being worked on", because then you'll beg for a date when it will be finished and get pissed and spam the forums asking why they can't give a date. It happens with pretty much everything else.
They gave the update they're working on not only the servers but the engine -- They even stated when they have info to share they will, clearly they have no info to share about this yet because I'm pretty sure they know players care more for game content and for the most part, we do. Hell even Web hosts that have server issues can never give an exact time frame on when it will be resolved and it could be sooner or later than expected -- Giving a time frame is bad because as proven with Patches, if they miss it you people go into a frenzy.
Well said. However, I still want some more information. Dates, maybe not. But I want to know if these changes (and what they actually result in, e.g., will we get a delivery box?) so I can decide if I want to play this game. Sure, content is good, but you need a solid base first. I don't question that content is coming but I am worried that the base of the game might never be at the minimum level of tolerance for me to continue long-term.This is literally the only community in an MMO I've seen that wants updates on behind the scene stuff. Thank you for reminding me once again why I never visit FFXIVcore you moderators there just piss me off with your attitudes. The server related issues are a huge problem with the game considering it should never have been released in the state it was. I guess its a bad thing according to you for us to want updates on the one thing they said holding back about 50 possible features in this game. god Forbid ppl want things like UI, Lag, and Linkshell systems fixed which they said they could not do until the server issues were resolved. Hmm I see additional space and possible UI fix does that mean the servers are fixed possibly, if they said yes or no 1 way or the other then we would know for sure. This is literally the only community in an MMO I've seen that wants updates on behind the scene stuff. This is the only game, that I ever purchased, that was so bad, it publicly flamed out worse than Charlie Sheen. Considering that a year later, I still haven't found the "game" yet, but I do find myself less $70 dollars, I have every right to want to know what the status is on server issues, since as far as I am concerned, they are using my money to fund the development and movement of this game into a beta stage. That makes me a stakeholder, investor, whatever you want to call it.
The white knightery around here is ridiculous.
How do you redesign and balance the armory system, while adding a new "job" system without addressing the fact that a mob can start a skill 5 seconds before my client knows about it-run from a dodo 100 ft if you want to, you'll still get hit by his skill as if you were standing on his nose. How do you do anything that involves battle mechanics when your game is operating on an absurd delay?
People need to get real. Server issues are paramount issue no. 1 and should have been, and should be the top priority.
