Two FATE Achievements; Where are these FATE's?

So there are two FATE's I have been unable to find.

"Coeurls Chase Boys Chase Coeurls" which is a 3 FATE chain that starts with "Long Live the Coeurls" I'm not sure where it starts.

And "Vedrfolnir Devoteth" which I assume is in the Churning Mists. I assume Vedrfolnir Devoteth is a trigger after defeating Darkscale.

But has anyone encounter any of these two FATE chains?

Couerl fate is in Forelands, which is an Odin style fate so i won't show up on big map, only when you get close will you see it. Also, I think the 3 fates spawn hours apart. Had the first early this morning on Gilga, then had Coeurls Chase Boys just now, so guessing the Fate achievement is from the third in a few hours.

Vedrfolnir Devoteth is from Churning Mists, spawn SW of map (10, 37), not part of a chain, just pops up when it spawns. You can see it on big map. Churning Mists just has 2 achievement fates, like original coerthas had Svara chain and The Eyes Have It fate.

The Coeurlregina fate is easy to tell when it's up.

Weather: Royal Levin, which has an icon of Coeurlregina's head against a green/yellow background. The background of the area goes dark and glows red.

Vedrfolnir Devoteth does not spawn, at all, ever.
I've been here for way too many hours just hoping to see it.

Darkscale has failed, Darkscale has been defeated (all 3 FATEs) during umbral static, during other weathers, not sure if a combo of fates need to be completed in a given amount of time or whatever

But it definitely does not spawn normally.

Instances are crippling the testing of this due to the split playerbase not doing as much FATEs.

Video had shown us part 3 to be in the ruins at the middle north (The Iron Feast) (31,5) - still needs confirmation
On Gilgamesh, it crashed the zone but it was in the mountain at (13,11) very close to the gate to the statue entrance for Sohm Al
Third location unknown

I've seen the level 57 version right by tailfeather, the 2nd spawn west west of tailfeather.

Level 52 version is always right by tailfeather.

Level 52 showed up at 11pm EDT last night
Level 57 showed up at 8am EDT this morning

will update if/when I spot lv60 coeurlregina

I do not know that one, never seen it yet. I just do my homework with the dats.
