I pre ordered the collector's edition but my bonus code didn't give me all the items

Pretty much as the title says. I have only received 3 of my items and the other items are missing. My account on mogstation still says i'm on Standard early access when I purchased the collector's edition.

I have only received the earrings, circlet, and the minion.

Anyone having this problem too?

Got the exact same thing ... I did send a ticket to the support, I just hope they will have a look into this.

Yeah same problem. No griffin mount. Hell I haven't even got the option of REGISTERING the HW on mogstation. worse thing is, I am at work so there is limited amount that I can do to try to resolve this.

Mind you, I've never received a CE code. I've been sent my pre-order code in three different emails, however.

The email receipt for my Heavensward purchase now links to a page which says "This order is invalid," as well, when just this morning it lead to usual page with instructions for how to redeem my codes.

After you login to the Mogstation you need to click on "Your Account" on the top left and on that page you should see a pink/red bar style button to register the full HW expansion code.

Sorry if you already tried that, only mentioning because I know a few people who didn't spot it so figure might be same here.

Also having this issue. We have game content access until the 27th, so I'm hoping it's just lag on their systems part. Waiting on support to answer my ticket about this.
