Exclamation Wrath of Qarn (Game Breaking issue)

So in prep for 3.0 I had begun working on my level 50 quests so I would be prepared for Early Access. After learning about the XP award changes being implemented however I decided to wait to complete the quest I had recently picked up "Rock-Solid Protection"

In Early Access, I went to Little Ala Mhigo and rode over to the entrance to Qarn and spoke to Bibimu (as instructed by the Journal). After speaking to Bibimu the Quest updated to "Use the Duty Finder to enter blahblahblah"

BUT- Sunken Temple of Qarn (Hard) does not appear in my duty finder. At the suggestion of my other half, who had completed this quest just before 3.0 I went to the entrance to Qarn and looked for the magical sparkle thing that has to be inspected to unlock it (like the one at the Front Door of Haukke). Nothing was there.

If this were a side story quest or optional dungeon, I'd shrug it as no big deal and wait for a fix... but I can't progress the Story without doing the dungeon that I can't access because its not in my duty finder.

Of note, when I use the glowing portal outside Qarn it just pulls up regular mode Qarn.

I've attatched some images to help illustrate for anyone thinking "But just do..."

There is no Qarn HM. The quest is for the level 34 one.

Can't edit on iPhone. There is a Qarn HM now, but there wasn't when that quest came out.

Qarn Hard was added with patch 2.4, before 3.0. My post makes it clear this was a recently picked up quest (IE: after 2.55) that was not completed until after 3.0

You have to do normal Qarn for that quest. Similar to how you had to go and do a small hest to progress earlier.

What was said above. It is for Qarn NM, not Qarn HM. Your picture even show this.

I was stuck on using Wrath of Qarn in all my searching, after correcting that I see that yes it does mean the Normal mode. The confusion was that I had another person who had just run this quest who had Hardmode unlocked. Add to the fact that having a Level 50 quest for a Level 30something dungeon makes ZERO SENSE and yeah-
I would like to take this opportunity to underscore how ridiculously confusing this is since you pick it up in a room full of quests to unlock Hard modes.
Clarification for the easily confused would be appreciated here S.E.

It is, admittedly, something you get used to over time. If the quest means Hard mode it'll say (Hard). And the point of them getting you to do these smaller dungeons was to enhance the queues for people doing them to level.

SE does a lot of this with their content to try and get top end players to mingle with growing folk. It's a good idea in theory but weird in practice.
