If you're playing on PC, have you entered your key into the mogstation? https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...vc/mogstation/ (it's a different key to Early Access)

Once you login you need to click "My Account" in the top left and then the big pink button for Register Expansion Code (or something like that).

If you're playing on PS3/PS4 then you need to add the code via PSN Store I believe.

If you're playing on Mac I have no idea

Once your code is registered you'll get your items next time you login or just press the "Request Delivery" option at the top right of the mail interface (when checking your messages)
