Repro:

- Start a quest that contains a cutscene followed immediately by an instanced duty (In Search of Raubahn in my case)
- While the custscene is playing, go AFK until you get the "Updating search info" message
- Complete the cutscene and enter the duty
- You will get a continuous loop of the game trying to update search status, but it can't because you are in a duty
